Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lumberton, NJ.

Earn $37,440 to $45,760 at this full time, permanent position. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

  • Enter and maintain orders
  • Restore change order notifications
  • Prepare customer open order reports
  • Load quote accelerator
  • Add new contracts and prepare renewals
  • Credit and re-bill
  • Enter and investigate RMA requests
  • In charge of sample orders
  • E-Store set up
  • Input customer profiles
  • Enter Optrak leads
  • Responsible for maintaining NCNR requests
  • Vendor stock checks
  • Check Ship Sure orders
  • Create proforma invoices for customers as requested
  • Create commercial invoices for international customers needed before receipt of product
  • Coordinate with freight carriers for wrong shipment addresses, damaged freight, etc.
  • Coordinate with carrier's and the Asset Department regarding freight estimates for inbound/outbound and overseas
  • Coordinate with Quality, Product, Asset, Manufacturer and Customer on any type of Nafta, Reach, IMDS, C of O, Itar, C-Pap, etc.
  • Purge alerts
  • Update customer portals with expedites and confirm outside of system

Job Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2 to 4 years business experience
  • Microsoft Office and Excel competency
  • Must be US Citizen due to contractual requirements with the US Navy
  • Experience communicating technical requirements and issues
  • Experience maintaining reports and supplier performance metrics
  • Able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Customer service experience, strong customer focus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational skills
