OneSupport is looking for motivated individuals to join our team in support of Google Fiber Television and Internet services. This is an entry level technical support position on a growing engagement with room for upward advancement.

Full time and Part Time positions available!
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or technology fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine drive to go above and beyond to help customers.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Taking consecutive customer calls and talking for the duration of your shift minus any breaks.
  • Typing 40+WPM frequently for the duration of your shift minus any breaks.
  • Sitting or standing at work-station for the duration of your shift minus any breaks.

Duties:
  • Troubleshoot Google Fiber television and internet services.
  • Provide details in regards to the sales and sign up process.
  • Help customers with billing and account management.
  • Escalate issues as needed to other departments.

Compensation:
  • Pay Rate: $15 hourly, with chances for rapid advancement

Location:
Training may be held remotely but this is an in office position and reliable transportation is required.
