In a world of water shortages, this invention enables farms to save 50% of their water usage, reduces energy costs and increases the crop yield. Already established in the Middle East, Australia and Africa, the company is now rolling out its product in the USA. Job description:As this is a newly established role, your initial task will be to establish, implement and maintain new business opportunities. In the short term - generating potential projects with key farmers and on-going technical support in the field. In the long term - establishing distribution channels with the local key companies. You will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, improving service and meeting business objectives and targets. Responsibilities:Researching and identifying business opportunities.Developing and implementing growth strategies in the region.Maintain relationships with clients and ensuring excellent customer service.Coordinating business operations to fulfillment.Generating reports and giving presentations.Engaging direct pipelines with key farmers in the region.Closing sales and generating projects to commissioning. Requirements:Proven sales experience in the Ag industry.Technical savvy (Technical abilities in the irrigation field) - advantage.Relevant degree in Ag or business - advantage.Excellent communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.Strong work ethic.Abilities to introduce new products to a conservative market.Attention to details.Stay up to date on current market pulse & trends.Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity.Self-motivated and the ability to work independently.A permanent resident in the required area of business (not a relocation position).
