Kforce has a client seeking an iPhone Training and Support Tech in Bellflower, CA. Summary: This position is to support the replacement/upgrade of iPhones for the physician population at Downey Medical Center. The contractor will work with physicians one on one or in a group setting to set up his or her iPhone with Apple ID and company-specific apps.

Job Requirements:


  • Basic understanding of Apple iPhone and quick learning of the installation and workings of company apps to teach MDs
  • Maintenance of the Downey MD Master iPhone Spreadsheet (phone numbers, iPhone models, etc.)
  • Comfort level with interacting with physicians and possibly speaking in front of a group of 8-10 (socially distanced)
  • Some minimal travel may be required to Medical Office Buildings in the Downey Service area
