Organized and thorough thinking and work habits. Ability to work well with many types of personalities. Be able to remember and consider many different aspects of an issue or proposal and be able to juggle constantly changing priorities. Strong technical abilities. Formal Education Four-year college education, B.S. in Engineering preferred Travel 20 - 40 by plane or car on average.
