Your main role is to facilitate the growth of the company. You must have a great attitude, positive energy, and be willing to learn new things and grow with the company. You will facilitate all phone calls, text, emails, as the first point of contact for all individuals seeking employment. Additionally, you will track and record all interviews from the start of the contact to hired status into an applicant system.
Experience managing a large amount of incoming call/text/email volumes
Excellent customer service skills
Strong data entry skills (i.e. Accuracy, Precision, Speed)
Proficiency with Google Sheets, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

We are seeking efficient, self-starting candidates with a positive attitude, consistent work ethic, and level head. We prefer that you are an easy-going learner with the ability to be trained with our conduct and communication systems and successfully convert applicants to team members.

Opportunities for bonuses and pay raises
