Summary: The Customer Service Rep primary role is to take responsibility for all contact center support activities.

Responsibilities

  • The Support CSR must be able to accomplish multiple tasks and cross train for all complex support functions using our billing and work-delivery systems and have strong PC skills.
  • The Support CSR must be able to support all internal and external customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience
