MYHR-CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
CAMDEN, NJ
1st Shift - 6am-3pm Monday Friday

Project Description:
  • Responsible for taking inbound calls and placing outbound calls to our Client's Manufacturing Plant employees regarding their call-off status.
  • Ask a series of scripted assessment questions to each employee.
  • Document call placement information master excel spreadsheet.
  • Complete company questionnaire with employees
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Experience in handling confidential/sensitive information
  • Experience working in customer service

This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
