MYHR-CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE1st Shift - 6am-3pm Monday Friday
- Responsible for taking inbound calls and placing outbound calls to our Client's Manufacturing Plant employees regarding their call-off status.
- Ask a series of scripted assessment questions to each employee.
- Document call placement information master excel spreadsheet.
- Complete company questionnaire with employees
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Experience in handling confidential/sensitive information
- Experience working in customer service
This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
