  • Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Personal Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) Department
  • Location: Boardman, OH
  • Start Date: Immediately will on-board virtually if needed


Your responsibilities as Customer Service Representative for the Personal Lines Department will consist of servicing the current clientele book of business which includes providing the utmost client service, maintaining account files and documentation, preparing and submitting policy change requests, and leading the renewal process e.g., preparing applications, obtaining quotes, creating proposals, issuing auto ID cards and certificates of insurance, etc., and identifying opportunities to enhance coverage at the most cost effective premiums. Client service includes interfacing with account executives and/or clients via email and telephone answering coverage questions and creating an understanding of policies and individual needs.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of related insurance experience with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing or servicing a personal lines P&C book of business.

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to develop sound relationships with clients, underwriters, and others.
  • Insurance industry accreditations appreciated
