Our client, a Midtown Manhattan Restaurant Chain is looking to hire an outgoing and energetic Administrative Assistant on a temp to hire basis. This Administrative Assistant should have 1+ years of office/admin. experience and be highly planned and organized each day. This is a growing company and they are looking for someone to ultimately join their team full-time, offering excellent benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) and perks.
- Provide general office administrative services
- Maintain files in the administrative office
- Ordering office supplies, sorting and distributing mail
- Managing the front desk reception, answering calls, etc. -- outgoing and positive demeanor required
- Hours: 9:30am - 6pm Monday - Friday
- Working on-site 3-5 days per week depending on the current covid-19 situation.
