Job PurposeReceiving of raw materials and shipping of finished goods. Pulling orders, staging, loading and unloading trucks. Moves materials within or near the plant. Other duties may be assigned.Essential Functions* Communicate with prior shift to confirm pending tasks.* Inspect the forklift following W-FR-4.16-01.* Transfer completed pallet to the pallet wrapper machine as applicable.* Enter completed pallet into Access WMS and make sure completed pallet is tagged accordingly.* Wrap the pallet or take pallet from the automatic palletizer and place it in the freezer for storage.* Stores finished good in the freezer as indicated by supervisor or lead ensuring that we are following W-SOP-4.14.1-01.* Provide production material according to the recipe provided by production personnel following W-SOP-4.14.1-02.* Prior to receiving materials, the bill of lading needs to be verified against the purchase order provided by the purchasing department. Following the W-SOP-4.14.1-02.* Prior to receiving, complete form W-FR-4.14.1-01* Confirm that all required documents (COA) are received with shipment and that quantities received match quantities on COA.* Unload the trucks and store the product in the designated location.* Confirm that the sales order matches the PO provided by the driver and completes picking list.* Prior to loading truck, inspects the truck according to the W-FR-4.15.4-01.* Confirms the temperature is at an acceptable level and completes W-FR-4.14.1-04 prior to loading the truck.* Load the trucks according to the sales orders provided by the lead or supervisor.* Verify that all required documents are signed and shipping quantities are correct.* Responsible for clean-up of the work area.* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.* Serves as a first line of defense for food safety and quality.* Employee must follow all company food safety and personal safety policies and procedures.* Maintain a safe work environment.* Satisfactory work and attendance record.* Attend all company required trainings.* Good communication skills (i.e. with line leader/supervisors and co-workers).* Accepts guidance from the warehouse lead, warehouse supervisor, warehouse manager, and production supervisors.* Demonstrate good team work practices.* Supports the South Coast Baking Excellence Philosophy.* Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures* Perform other job-related duties as assignedQualifications (Education/Experience)* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or six to eight months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Forklift Certification.* Associate's (i.e. Warehouse) experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Must possess excellent communication skills; written and verbal.* Requires operational knowledge of computer software (EXCEL, WORD, ACCESS, OUTLOOK, Internet applications, etc.Expectations (Exhibit and Promote Company's Core Values)* Customer Focus: Service customers (both internal and external) to the highest extent possible* Work Ethic: Demonstrate reliability, hard work, integrity, and diligence; continually strive to deliver high quality work* Accountability: Set clear goals, meet objectives, and accept responsibility for actions* Passion for Results: Be persistent, believe in "what can be," and play to win* Teamwork: Collaborate in productivity, continuous improvement, and innovation to achieve superior results* Commitment to Safety: Address unsafe situations, equipment, and behavior to create a safe work environment* Caring: Care about customers, employees, suppliers, and communities; demonstrate integrity
