Here at Capital City Management, we are an independent sales and marketing firm. We specialize in new customer acquisition, maximizing promotional marketing for our clients, and developing our team from entry-level into management.
Our Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Associate responsibilities consist of
Learn our current marketing and sales systems assigned by our clients.
Each team member is assigned a mentor. Entry-level team members work directly with a mentor to help optimize marketing/sales results for clients.
Attend regular marketing/sales planning meetings via Zoom and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly.
Develop into more of a leadership role in the company through our management training courses.
Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Associate Position:
Must have excellent, professional communication skills
