Remote Multilingual Customer Support Rep (English, Spanish, Portuguese)

Candidates must be able to work from home during the training and after until further notice.
Candidates must be Tri-Lingual: Spanish, Portuguese, English, and have the ability to write clearly in each language, typing at a minimum of 35-40 words per minute and possess Customer Service Soft Skills.

Call Center experience is a plus.

  • Candidate must have the capacity to comfortably handle a daily high call volume, as approximately 90% of daily duties will focus on the phone.
  • Candidate MUST be dependable and punctual.
  • Software or Tech Support knowledge is beneficial in this position.
