Must be French bilingual. Ability to read, write and speak French. 1-2 yrs of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm. Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills.
The CRC Representative will perform customer front-line communication for all service and installation related issues and requests. Troubleshoot EAS & Video equipment for first-call resolution. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedure s (SOP) and customer-specific special handling requirements via phone, email and web-based requests. Evaluate entitlement and create appropriate product exchange or on-site technician service requests at a highly efficient level.
Shift is 9:00am 5:30pm, Monday thru Friday. Weekends off.
