Aerotek is hiring for Remote customer service representative in Colorado Springs, Colorado area.

Job description:

Will be working in the consumer engagement department. We need people who have some form of sales experience but are also empathetic. Need to empathize with members the importance of getting scheduled. Will be a full service program. Scheduling, handling appointments, checking in to make sure they are reminded for the appointment.. United Healthcare medicare business. . Will be making outbound calls and will be working on a dialer. Back to back calls, with 1min breaks. 50 calls a day/avg, but will be higher to start. This conversations for the most part will be scripted

Must have:

  • Call Center is preferred, but is not required. Retail background has helped.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Sales experience
  • Microsoft Excel Experience
