  • Primary responsibility will be analyzing and resolving complex customer requests.
  • Involves maintaining a network of contacts across enterprise.
  • Coordinates efforts within network to develop response to customer.
  • Responsibilities include gathering customer information, identifying request, and providing immediate response information.
  • This position is also responsible for transacting requests for quote and processing of customer orders as needed.
  • Completes special projects and assignments as directed.
  • Works independently / needs little assistance to accomplish tasks assigned.
