Boston Direct in Framingham is hiring for full-time Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives.

We are seeking a bright and energetic individual to join our A-team who is comfortable and confident with people. Located on Route 9 in Framingham, Boston Direct Inc. is a growing marketing firm that specializes in relationship-based marketing and CRM. We launched in 2006 and in the past 12 years our company has grown from a tiny start-up with only two people to a thriving company with dozens of hard-working employees. We believe that our people are our biggest asset, and we're looking for another qualified candidate to add to our incredible customer service staff.

We are currently operating 100% remotely for the first week of training after which we will have you engage with customers in normal day to day operations.

Job Requirements:

Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer questions and issues, all with a polite, empathetic, and professional voice and manner
  • Able to sell, up-sell and cross-sell
  • Able to prospect customers directly through residential canvassing
  • Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, door to door sales, or a related field
  • Excellent at communicating face to face and handling rejection
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording customer information
  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
