The PMO Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Technology PMO within Subway Technology. They are able to support mid and senior project managers on information technology projects, send out action items and highlights from steering committee meetings while learning the fundamentals of project management. The project coordinator will support the Director of the Technology PMO in all cross functional and software development lifecycle (SDLC) initiatives while undertaking project tasks as required. They must have excellent listening, data analysis, and problem solving skills. Strong academic credentials are highly preferred.Essential Functions:* Administration, support and coordination of all Technology PMO reports, templates, systems and tools, finance, auditing, governance.Continuous improvement, training, communications, and compliance with all PMO standards.* Manage the Technology PMO Backlog of new software project requests.* Conduct the Weekly PMO Blocker Meeting, Monthly Approval Meeting and other meetings as needed (take meeting minutes, action items and follow meeting protocols)* Develop software requirement gathering templates, communication story boards, executive presentation decks, and technical meeting agenda to assist the Director of Technology PMO in driving strategic initiatives* Assist stakeholders with Technology PMO systems and tools improvements and administration e.g. Planview PPM Pro, Microsoft PowerBI, knowledge base articles.Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, and 1-3 years of work experience.* Demonstrated aptitude for technology project management, budgeting, task organization.* Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (SDLC) e.g. Scrum Agile, Waterfall, SAFe.* Knowledge of application development tools e.g. Jira, Microsoft TFS.* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels in the organization.* Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.* Adept at Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.* Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and follow-through.* Aptitude for coachability and continuous improvement.* Attention to detail.OUR WORK PERKS:While we offer a competitive salary for the position, we also have additional perks you might enjoy, such as:* Free breakfast & lunch - Subway of course!* A gorgeous campus surrounded by walking trails and a relaxing lake - perfect for a mid-day break* After work yoga - good for the body and mind* Tuition reimbursement - for those who wish to further their educationThe Company is only considering applicants who are currently authorized to work in the U.S.AA/EOE/M/F/D/V
