Production Associate

Papa Gino's




As a member of the Papa Gino's team, the Production Associate is responsible to produce and pack our signature pizza dough to be shipped to Papa Gino's restaurants. Accuracy, consistency and quality are paramount in the production and handling of this key ingredient, which is the foundation of the Papa Gino's Brand.


Assists in the production of dough; ensuring quality, consistency and food safety standards are met.

Prepares dough racks and boxes for packing dough.

Observes dough weights and makes sure weight is accurate.

Rotates job assignments with fellow employees as needed.

Packs dough in dough boxes and date codes boxes. Organizes dough in central cooler.

Reports food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

Assists in the washing and sanitizing of dough boxes.

Maintains, cleans and sanitizes all dough making equipment.

Maintains cleanliness of commissary production area including sweeping and mopping of all floors.


Ability to maintain regular, punctual and reliable attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Ability to clearly speak, listen to and communicate with team members.

Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with all team members.

Ability to read, comprehend and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to operate or learn to operate machinery and equipment.

High School Diploma/GED


Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and push or pull up to 300 pound rolling rack.

Ability to stand for several hours at a time, lift and work on feet for 8 or more hours per day.

Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

Specific vision abilities include; close and distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

Ability to work early morning hours before 6am.

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
