SUMMARY

Be familiar with all casino games. Needs to know how the games are played and be able to explain them to customers. They will cash out tickets for guests, make change for guests, help with player's club duties, and help promote a fun and entertaining environment for our guests. Responsible to count and assure that all transactions are accurate. Follow P&P's as well as MICS at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Cash out tickets for guests at machines.
  • Make change for guests at machines.
  • Perform player's club duties when assigned.
  • Help promote a fun and entertaining environment for our guests.
  • Be familiar with all of the casino games in order to better serve our guests.
  • Help keep area neat and picked up.
  • Must maintain P&P as well as MICs at all times.
  • Perform other job related task as assigned.


SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

No supervisory or management authority.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 months related experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Maintain professional, friendly customer service skills.
  • Requires cash handling skills.
  • Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to obtain a Cherokee Nation Gaming License.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

The position requires minimal physical exertion during the performance of majority of the duties. Most work is performed while standing, sitting or walking with occasional need to lift, carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, reach and handle. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing

and/or walking for more than 4 hours a day. The duties of this position are primarily performed in a climate controlled office environment with occasional exposure to smoke or loud noise. Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
