In this role, the Quality Administrative Assistant administers and monitors the organization's quality management system to promote customer satisfaction and process improvement initiatives.

In this role you will deal with a diverse group of external service providers as well as internal department leaders to identify trends and customer satisfaction metrics to support the company's short and long-range business objectives. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Records and administers customer feedback through the Quality Work Flow System.


Investigates customer complaints and comments by coordinating the root-cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.


Analyzes the facts or circumstances surrounding individual problems to determine what action should be taken within the limits of standard practices


Administers the Corrective Action Response (CAR) programs.


Performs root cause analysis and other problem-solving act invitees to identify effective corrective actions, preventive actions, and process improvements.


Establishes collection and Analysis systems of statistical data to identify and predict trends that will affect quality.


Responsible for compilation and maintenance of inspection reports and records to create performance metrics, reporting and improvement targets for an all business units.


Recommends changes in practices or procedures.


Assists with preparation of consolidated business unit monthly reports including complaints, survey results, job inspection statistics, and other quality control key performance indicators.


Creates and develops visual presentations for the department.


Maintain the Job Inspection sign up calendar monitoring to meet established goals.


Assist with ISO audits and any Corrective Actions as necessary.


Assists with maintaining departmental policies and manuals, updating or revising when necessary.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

BA/BS Degree Highly Desired or equivalent work experience within Quality /Quality Analysis
