Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in representing employers in areas such as wage/hour advice and litigation, traditional labor matters, individual employment contracts and severance agreements, and discrimination law. Experience with ERISA, employee benefit plans, and employment-related tax issues a plus.
