Bell Flight is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Support Representative Senior, for our Miami OEM Facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Bell's Service Center located in South Florida provides a one-stop-shop to enhance helicopters from the smallest avionics upgrade to a complete aircraft rebuild.

Position Summary

Provide key support to functional groups
Compile and arrange data, make computations, prep reports, process and code documents
Maintain specialized and comprehensive records and filing
Full knowledge of current industry practices within department
Be the prime contact on projects
Interact with internal personnel and external vendors/customers
Act as liaison between office and manufacturing
To create and update status reports
To research records for compliance of AD's and ASB's
To open work orders and create work order books, to create log book entries
Filing and copying
Assist manager with clerical duties
Ability to consistently follow procedures and guidelines
Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into reports and presentations.

Use and general knowledge of industry practices
Assist with representing function/department on specific projects
Process routine orders for material/merchandising and follow orders until delivery
Maintain detailed records of orders, prices, and inventory
Familiarity with rePortal, Visual, ERP/SAP, etc.

FAA Part 145 Power Plant Inspection and Repair Station Capabilities

Rolls Royce Models: 250-C20, 250-C20R, 250-C28, 250-C30, 250-C40 and 250-C47 Series

Pratt & Whitney Models: PT6, PT6T Series, PW206 and PW207 Series
Turbomecca Models Arriel and Arrius Series

Bahamian Civil Aviation Approval Based on our FAA Part 145 Capabilities

Qualifications :

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Position Requirements:

High School or GED

5 years' experience in helicopter records research

Typing and general computer skills

Preferred: Associate degree. Experience with Bell Aircraft records
