We are seeking Supervisors to lead our close-knit and fun team at Platte River Outlet!

Our Outlet is full of positive energy and customers finding great bargains. Do you have strong interpersonal skills? Do you have a knack for motivating a team? As a Supervisor, you will effectively communicate to invigorate and lead your team in the day-to-day operations of the production and sales goals. The Supervisor serves as a champion and model of Goodwill Industries of Denver s (GID s) values - FACE IT - which incorporates fun, accountability, collaboration, empowerment, innovation, and transparency! Do you excel at coordinating and managing? Supervisors are in charge of keeping the store running smoothly, even acting as the Manager on duty if the Manager and/or Assistant Manager is not available. We want you to help us lead the dynamic team at our Platte River Outlet!

Job Duties:

Opens and/or closes facility according to established procedures.
Maintains a safe, clean and orderly Facility.
Reports all accidents according to established procedures.
Ensures that daily paperwork is prepared according to established procedures.
Maintains the ongoing operations, safety equipment, preventative maintenance, and inspections of all department equipment.
Uses On-the-Job training to instruct employees on their duties, which details expectations and emphasizes safety.
Promotes and demonstrates teamwork and cooperation by utilizing good interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication, and maintaining quality relationships with co-workers and donors.
Completes assignments, projects, reports, and paperwork accurately and timely.
Follows all Goodwill policies and safety procedures at all times.
Works flexible schedules, overtime, weekends, evenings and holidays if required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Minimum of two years related warehouse, distribution, retail, or supply chain experience and/or training required. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.


Ability to pass a criminal background search, pre-employment drug test, and E-verify. Must have a clear Colorado driver s license and be able to drive on Goodwill business, if necessary.


Physical Very Heavy Work: Lifting and Carrying objects weighing 30 pounds constantly, 40 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally to raise objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to- position requiring the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles. Pushing and Pulling: Using upper extremities to exert force in order to push, pull, draw, drag, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion exerting 50 pounds of force constantly, 75 pounds of force frequently, and 100 pounds of force occasionally.
