As one of the Premier Private Country Clubs in the South, The Country Club of Little Rock is seeking a qualified Executive Chef to lead its Fine Dining, Banquet and Casual Dining venues.

The successful candidate will be a proven team leader and culinarian with the ability to consistently train and motivate a large team in multiple kitchens while offering a diverse cuisine of the highest quality.

A serious eye for detail, as well as a personality and demeanor conducive to gracious southern hospitality and daily interaction with a wonderful, yet highly demanding membership is crucial for long-term success at this very special Club.

The new Executive Chef must be committed to unwavering standards of excellence and "points of difference" while working in a from scratch kitchen, using only the freshest ingredients available, whether from our many local sources, or imported from other areas of the country. He or She will be committed to and capable of maintaining the Country Club of Little Rock as our member's "destination of choice" while providing traditional southern fare as well as introducing our members to current national culinary trends and the classics.

The Club is currently generating upwards of $3.0 million in Food and Beverage business, of which $1.6 million is ala carte and banquet food sales. Many upscale Club events are held each year as well as providing banquet and catering services for many of the region s most notable families, businesses and organizations.

Dining venues within the Club include the Terrace and President's Dining Rooms and newly expanded East Patio, serving upscale menu items with a panoramic view of the downtown skyline and Arkansas River Valley; The adjoining Centennial Lounge offering Tapas, Small Plates and Fine Wine in addition to full bar service; The Mixed Grill and Men s Locker Room Grill, both offering a more traditional casual menu and family fare; The Garden Room for a variety of Club events both new and traditional; and the seasonal Poolside Cafe offering full, resort style service of fresh salads, sandwiches, lite entrees, snacks and beverages.

Our third phase of Clubhouse renovations is in the final planning stages and will encompass the entire lower floor and grill kitchen, as well as the construction of a new 14,000 square foot wellness and fitness facility. The previous two phases included renovation of our main floor, banquet and dining facilities.

The successful candidate must be prepared to demonstrate his or her skills and must possess a verifiable and impeccable track record. A Culinary Degree is required, with ACF Certification helpful but not necessary. He or she will be an individual of high moral fiber with unquestionable personal and work ethics.

A very competitive salary package is being offered and will be commensurate with experience.
