A.Primary Responsibilities

Assist the Human Resources Department with the administration of the day-to day operations of the human resources functions and duties.

B.Immediate Supervisor: Human Resources Manager
C.Essential Job Functions
1.Preparation of new hire files.
2.Assist with onboarding of new hires.
3.Maintain personnel files - filing employment related documents.
4.Track and update employee related spreadsheets.
5.Support to Receptionist.
