Addison Group has a contract technical support opening in Tulsa with a Oklahoma focused company. You will be responsible for fielding various support calls from the internal employees over various IT issues ranging from password resets, active directory account changes, and escalating to second level when appropriate. This is slated to be at least a contract through the end of the year, and the client has converted several contractors to full time after 3 months. This is a foot in the door opportunity paying 16-18/hr and can start in two weeks or less.

Experience handling technical questions over the phone

Any experience Supporting : Active directory, or MS Office Suite, and other applications
