JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for assisting Sales team in our community model homes; provides support in the absence of the Sales Consultant. Greets visitors, demonstrates the home and its features. Provides general information to model home customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Weekend work may be required
Staffs model home office
Answers telephone inquiries
Maintains appointment book for Sales Consultant
Greets customers
Demonstrates model home; provides information on home features and benefits
Provide information regarding community and surrounding area
Inspect the grounds and models for maintenance problems
Ensures cleanliness of model and spec homes
Performs other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent verbal communication skills
Punctual
Professional appearance
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Customer service driven
Displays a friendly, enthusiastic, personable manner
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
HSD and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior customer service experience with a new home builder is preferred
