This position is responsible for the active participation in the workflow in the Nutrition Service Department including but not limited to preparation delivery or service to customers. Workflow includes set up food preparation clean up and sanitation of work areas dishes wares or equipment inventory control product rotation proper labeling and safe food handling practices. Is accountable for operations when the Manager and Work Leaders are not available
