KARRASS is recruiting a top-level Sales Account Manager in Los Angeles.

KARRASS has been the go-to company for negotiation training seminars over the last 50 years. More than 1,000,000 professionals from over 10,000 companies have attended KARRASS seminars. Our current clients include General Electric, Kohler, Astra Zeneca, Siemens, Honeywell, and Lockheed Martin.

As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be developing customer relationships and selling our programs to prospective clients. The Account Manager is responsible for execution of sales initiatives and forecasts. Must have the ability to effectively project, manage, and monitor sales development; and successfully manage client relationships. The Account Manager should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a high level of comfort with Excel/Word and a CRM.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Engage prospective customers via phone, email, and outbound warm calls from leads generated by marketing
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, products, and benefits
  • Close sales, impact sales results, and achieve monthly quotas
  • Accurately report on activity related to customer interactions

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bilingual Spanish speaker required
  • Bachelor s Degree (B.A.) in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills
  • Adaptable and able to manage time effectively
  • Professional, fast and eager learner, and a team player
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales
