Position Overview: Provide customer service to our customers. Acknowledge any service request from inside/outside sales personnel. Coordinate service work to be done with builder/home-owner in a timely manner. Handle all purchase ordering responsibilities required to fulfill service request.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Customer Service: Develop solid, positive working relationships with sales personnel and our customers. Assist and support sales personnel and customers whenever possible; follow through on commitments.
  • Supply sales personnel and customers with information on each service request. Present a positive attitude to sales personnel, customers and co-workers.
  • Problem Solving: Initiates immediate investigation and research when service request is required. Takes responsibility for the service request by identifying solutions that can be resolved in a timely fashion and communicating the path of action to the appropriate associates.
  • Product Knowledge: Understands the features and benefits of product lines carried


Additional Responsibilities:


Responsible for all miscellaneous repairs need including doors, windows, and hardware.





Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


Basic computer skills, basic window and door installation/assembly knowledge. Needs language skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers. Reasoning ability to define and solve problems.



Essential Physical Requirements:


Exposure to year-round outside weather conditions, including excessive heat, humidity, rain, cold, dust, ice/snow.


Must drive in all weather, in all traffic conditions.


Must walk on uneven ground and through possible hazards on job sites.


Must have a valid driver s license.
