Job Overview

We are looking for a professional cohost who is a licensed real estate agent to be an intermediary between Hosts, sellers, guests, and buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.


  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms, including analysis for investment portfolios
  • Provide hosting and listing guidance to assist hosts in setting up the host property
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
  • Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs
  • Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose that are suitable to them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult with clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Collaborate with the Director of Real Estate to perform a comparative market analysis to estimate properties value, as an investment and short-term rental
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Collaborate with Cohost, LLC to prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Director of Real Estate to create and update MLS or Short-term Rental Listings, including digital guidebooks and IDX postings
  • Cooperate with government authorities for licensure, appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, social media, open houses, and listing services
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices with short term rentals and listing services
  • Help with Severity 3-4 property management issues, including replacing batteries, restocking essentials, light changes, or any light property maintenance tasks
  • Submit issue resolution documents to direct manager for refund requests
  • Coordinate or Restock essential supplies for hosts with a few basic guest necessities like towels, toilet paper, and soap
  • Coordinate with Turnover Director for all cleaning services, including turnovers per stay, deep cleans, and maintenance walkthroughs
  • Respond to Guest Inquiries for each hosted property
  • Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles
  • Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers
  • Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
  • Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs
  • Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties
  • Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients


  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MS Office 365 familiarity
  • Real estate agent s or broker s license
