Outside Sales Representative- Professional Beauty, Hotheads Hair Extensions, Hallandale, FL
Hotheads Hair Extensions is the leading tape in extension brand in North America. As the creator of the tape in hair extension, our products provide salon professionals with high quality non-damaging extensions that are easy to apply and seamless to wear. Hotheads has grown into a multi-channel brand, with widespread distribution across North America as well as direct business (to salons and stylists) in targeted regions. Hotheads is seeking an outside sales representative to sell professional hair extension products to salons and stylists. This sales position plays a vital role in assisting customers in a territory within South Florida. This position is full time commission-based and includes a base pay and travel stipend.
Results expected includes competitively prospecting new business in local territories, selling products and education, servicing accounts with outstanding customer service, and meeting sales goals. This position works under the direct supervision of Brand Director and is a field-based position.
Service and support salons, developing long-term relationships and working with owners, managers and stylists
Show and place exciting new products and promotions
Support sales through education, promotional events and merchandising
Customer Service to help researching and solve problems with salon order
Enter customer orders
Enter customer returns
Other tasks as needed
Meeting sales goals as determined by the brand
Experience & Skills Required
At least 1 year previous B2B sales experience
Cosmetology license or beauty background very beneficial
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation as position requires considerable amount of driving
This position requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. It also requires attendance at conventions, shows, educational classes and other special events that may require overnight travel and/or some weekends.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English

- Strong leadership skills- communication, dependability, integrity, tenacity, takes initiative
- Computer literate, preferably Windows-based programs for laptop order entry,
- Required: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Powerpoint/Keynote, Dropbox, Google Drive/Suite
This role is a field position that requires significant local travel to current and potential clients with lots of driving.
$600/week plus commission, and a monthly stipend for travel expenses
