- Welcome customers with a pleasant greeting and provide excellent customer service
- Replenish products and supplies to ensure in stock items at all time
- Complete all store housekeeping functions including but not limited to the following:
- cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, climbing a ladder to perform the following: hanging store banners, changing gasoline price signs, and hanging ceiling signage; stocking the shelves cooler; and other duties as they become necessary
- Represent the 7-Eleven brand by exemplifying 7-Eleven Core Values
- Actively participate in Plan to Succeed Operations Model and all company required training programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask with minimal supervision
- Available to work weekends and holidays with a fluctuating schedule
- Repetitive bending, stooping, and reaching
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs
- Working on your feet continuously for 8 hours or more
- Working without scheduled breaks
