Duties and Responsibilities + Scheduling service appointments for customers + Creating and configuring monitoring portals for customer solar systems online + Monitoring performance of solar systems + Conducting weekly follow ups with customers via phone + Reporting and notating customer accounts + Conducting remote troubleshooting for customers + Locating/retrieving customer information on Salesforce and other CRMs as needed + Performing general office administration work and other tasks as assigned by manager Education, Experience, and Skills + A minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience required + General construction industry knowledge required, solar specific knowledge preferred + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; some college preferred + Professional communication skills (written and verbal) required + Ability to work with minimal supervision required + Previous troubleshooting experience a plus + Experience with Salesforce and Excel a plus + Experience with SolarEdge Portal, Sunpower Portal, or Enphase Portal a plus BENEFITS FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES + Competitive hourly rate! + Full benefits package includes: + Medical + Dental + Vision + 401k + Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance + H.S.A. + Employee Assistance Program + Paid sick and vacation time + Career path opportunities for top performers!
