**Job Location** USA, Memphis, TN **Job Posting Title** Call Center Factory Service Agent **The Challenge** To provide assistance to customers in setting up service repair needs for their GE Appliances. **What you will Do** + Assist consumers and customers in setting up service repair for their appliances, check availability of technicians and make appointments for service calls. + Utilize CBR to save the service call. Reschedule service calls for customers, communicate with dispatchers via CRT for special requests and customer concerns about parts. + Message dispatch for specific reasons. + Work towards achieving and maintaining specific STC & Productivity goals. + Provide consumer education to save in-warranty and service contract calls and negotiating and implementing concessions that are in the best interest of the customer and consumer. + Utilize selling techniques and case based reasoning (CBR) to retain and increase the out of warranty business. + Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all. + Other duties as assigned by the Developer. **What you need to Succeed** + Requires ability to analyze data and determine appropriate transfer/processing. Requires in-depth knowledge of GEA products plus computer skills. + Ability to make sound decisions and good judgment. Excellent communication a must; normally acquired through high school degree and equivalent 12 thru 18 months or more of experience required. Some previous sales, inbound calls or customer service experience preferred. + Pleasant phone voice quality. + Ambitious learner and self starter GE Appliances is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
