If you're passionate like us -- and ready to create the future, build on a storied legacy, and participate as a conscientious global citizen -- there's one thing to do join us.Job DescriptionThe Production Clerk will provide assistance to the supervisors with the day-to-day needs of the operations teams.The Clerk will have the following responsibilities:* Help supervisors call employees in to fill openings caused by absences or production needs, and track volunteers for overtime and those employees who wish to give up daily overtime.* Assist leads and supervisors with classroom training, such as safety or sanitation training.* Attend daily overlap meetings and line improvement meetings.* Compile and record production data into systems such as HOTS and SAP.* Daily OSCAR Board Audits and Glue Audits* Assisting in getting temporary employees trained and in positions where needed.* Create PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets, including graphs.* Filing and updating paperwork as needed.* Answering office calls, lead meetings and/or take notes at meetings* Perform case reconciliations.* Additional assignments as needed and given by the SupervisorRequirements include a high school diploma (an associate's degree is preferred); strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees; excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment - must include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping; SAP experience is preferred; Sigma and Lean Manufacturing background is preferred; 2+ years of similar experience; and evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.Location(s)Muscatine FactoryEqual Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
