This individual will be utilizing our point of sale system, assisting multiple customers both in-person and on the phone while providing a memorable Shane Co. experience. Our goal is to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service; the experience YOU create is the reason for their return. If you enjoy providing customers with a great in-store experience and you have a high attention to detail this is the place for you!Qualifications* 1+ year of customer service experience required. (Retail industry experience preferred)* Polished and professional with a "customer first" attitude.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Enjoys process efficiency and is highly detail-oriented.* Must have weekend availability.
