Customer Service Team Leader

Coordinate with Customer as needed and submit work order required for buildings maintenance.* General administration including filing, cube and office signage, employee communications, floor plan updates etc.* Schedule courier deliveries and pickups.* Lift heavy boxes* Shipping & Receiving* Sort and deliver mail, packages* Oversee delivery and pick-up from loading dock* Perform other tasks as assigned* Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly andcooperative attitude* Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management and client* Consistently adhere to business and safety procedures and guidelines* Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer needs and ensure that any facility need is proactively addressed Required Qualifications:* High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required* Minimum of 2 years customer service related experience required* Strong organizational and administrative skills required* Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and client personnel* Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment* Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment* Ability to adhere and administer company's policies and procedures* Outstanding work ethic* Standing for long periods of time* Ability to meet attendance policy* Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, employment history check, criminal background check and motor vehicle check
