The professional will supervise the day-to-day operations of the help desk. The professional identifies, researches and resolves complex technical problems. S/He creates and manages escalation procedures and ensures service levels are maintained. The Help Desk Supervisor documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner. This professional will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
