Learn more at or connect with us on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Our Blog.About This OpportunityScopeThe Sales Support Specialist will have responsibility for sales & operations support, customer service, general office administration, and special projects as assigned in support of InComm's business at Walmart.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities* Sales & operations support* Complete Data Sync/item set-ups for new items* Maintain price-book* PO tracking from shipment to check-in at Walmart DC or store, including verification on ordered vs shipped products/qtys* Order card samples for new product launches, organize/manage in-office inventory* Label proofing for card production orders* Perform photo audits of 3rd party merchandiser reports as requested* eStore requests/place ad hoc orders as requested* Occasional store visits for merchandising, card testing, product audits, etc.* Weekly reporting - ad matrix, item file, store list, OTIF, etc.* Cross training with other team members on key tasks as required* Customer service* Develop an in-depth understanding of the types of issues that can occur with InComm products and the steps to take to resolve customer service issues for Walmart stores and* Research and resolve requests related to fraud incidents* Office administration* Order, pick-up and stock office supplies* Report maintenance issues to appropriate party - property management, copier repair service, etc.* Coordination and communication on team and office events - Spirit Week, Sharing & Caring, Halloween trick-or-treating, holiday decorating, holiday luncheon, Toys for Tots drive, etc. Some duties shared with office ERC (employee relations committee) members and other team members who volunteer to participate.* Order and/or pick-up treats for monthly birthday celebration* Order and/or pick-up lunch for meetings* Complete ad hoc requests, coordinate and manage special projects as assigned* Other administrative tasks and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsRequirements* Retail operations experience in support of a Walmart or Sam's Club vendor* Excellent attention to detail, organization and follow-up skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Retail Link and Data Sync* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment* Effective verbal and written communication at all levels* Ability to manage expectations and develop strong working relationships with customers both inside and outside the organization* Positive attitude and an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, self-prioritizing work load* Ability to listen attentively and respond effectivelyInComm is an equal employment opportunity employer.
