We are looking for a Front Desk Admin with good administrative skills. Work Shift will be M F, 7:45am 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break at $14 per hour.




Role and Responsibilities


The First Impressions Associate plays a key role and presents the first impression of the organization to our clients and business partners. This position is responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties to include; answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of office supplies as well as additional clerical duties.



  • Answers incoming calls (client, portal, internal), and directs calls to the appropriate associate or will transfer to associate s voicemail if applicable

  • Greets visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable

  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel

  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms

  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, fax number, website and other related information

  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail

  • Assists in the ordering, and receiving, of office supplies

  • Maintains cleanliness of Reception area, conference rooms and kitchen area

  • Maintains guest registration in the logbook

  • Assists in the coordination of special company events

  • Provides administrative/clerical support to staff

Qualifications and Education Requirements


High school diploma


1 year experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Clerk in a manufacturing, warehouse or distribution facility


PREFERRED SKILLS


1 year administrative experience


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Communication and Organizational skills


Excellent verbal and written communication


Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines


Reliability


Good Attention to detail


Customer Service Oriented



Physical Requirements


Frequently sits for long periods of time in an office environment


Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, faxes, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets
