The Broiler Cook leads the production team. You are responsible for coordinating the teamwork between the Fry Cook, Expediter, Servers, and Managers to provide excellent high-quality food to all Guests.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Preparing entrees exactly as ordered within 12 minutes of receiving order at lunch and 18 minutes at dinner
Maintaining equipment in the broiler area
Keeping the production area clean and stocked
Following proper safety, sanitation, and teamwork procedures
