The Broiler Cook leads the production team. You are responsible for coordinating the teamwork between the Fry Cook, Expediter, Servers, and Managers to provide excellent high-quality food to all Guests.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Preparing entrees exactly as ordered within 12 minutes of receiving order at lunch and 18 minutes at dinner

  • Maintaining equipment in the broiler area

  • Keeping the production area clean and stocked

  • Following proper safety, sanitation, and teamwork procedures

When Guests visit Colton s, they re looking forward to hot, fresh food that s delivered quickly and prepared the way they ordered it. The Broiler Cook is the key to preparing such satisfying meals for our Guests.
