Digital Asset Coordinator




OverviewIdeal candidate for this role should be creative and innovative, multimedia savvy, well-organized, attention to detail and must be excellent communicators. Ultimately, the exceptional Digital Coordinator should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points.The Digital Asset Coordinator plays a key role in the management of all eCommerce photography or video assets for CreativeDrives clients.Success for this position is measured by resourcefulness, organization, and excellent communication skills, which includes proactively reaching out to key stakeholders across internal departments. This role will require one to be highly self-motivated in helping the creative and production teams to problem-solve, improve existing processes and optimize for efficiency.Responsibilities* Validates supplier submitted digital images of merchandise and ensure they meet Minimum Qualifications* Strong attention to details and high level of multi-tasking* Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.* Displays excellent communication skills with coworkers, including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure, while keeping team in the loop.* Anticipates client and team needs and offers to help before being asked.* Delivers work on or before deadline.* Active and update on digital trends* Strong computer literacy (MS Office Products)* Project Management experience, a plus* Content rights management.* Digital asset management systems.* Assist Retouchers or production teams with file conversion, contact sheets, processing images in Capture One.* Troubleshoot image process exception reports from Tech. or systems* Troubleshoot issue log with Producers or Photographers ensuring quick resolve for image adjustment requests and image errors.* Name images daily from work orders and archive images daily to minimize storage.* Assist with all image requests, deliver assets in requested format to cross functional departments:* Firm understanding of photography, creative, and production processes common in agencies and digital media organizations.Qualifications* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight once training is complete* Highly organized and very detail oriented* Flexible with the ability to quickly and effectively shift priorities and meet deadlines* Complete projects promptly with keen attention to detail* Positive, self-motivated and energetic* Responsible and accountable* Energetic team player* Accepts instruction well* Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment* Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines* Able to handle deadline-driven pressuresEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:* Bachelor's degree in, Digital Media or equivalent field preferred* College or related work experience in business, marketing or communications* 3+ years of experience as an Image Coordinator is a plus* Ability to understand website administration platforms and publishing tools* Word and Excel proficientOptions
