Our New Jersey Office is looking for a Customer Service Representative, someone who enjoys making a difference and wants to create a better life for themselves and their community. Customer Service experience is preferred but not necessary as we will provide full training! Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Build client relationships by providing exceptional customer service

  • Have a thorough understanding of all clients products and services and be able to educate clients on how our products and services would be beneficial to them

  • Acts as a Point of Contact for new and existing clients

  • Troubleshoot and problem solve client or member accounts and issues

  • Suggest ideas and improvements.

  • Other duties as assigned


Ideal applicants will have:

  • Desire to work with people

  • Strong organizational skills

  • High School Diploma.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Customer Service experience / personality preferred

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently

As a Customer Service Representative with our company, you will help our customers with their accounts and will educate them as well as show them solutions to their issues.
