Location: Oxnard, CA
Duration: 2 Months
Perform activities such as blending beverages, documenting ingredients, handling raw materials, creating material usage reports, completing CIP for all blend tanks, sanitizing all tanks and operates weigh scales.
Weigh and blend raw ingredients to blend card specifications, up to 25 per ingredients per flavor.
Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process pumps, filtration equipment, etc.
Operate blending and pasteurizing equipment while maintaining FDA regulated pasteurization procedures.
Initiate and monitor fermentation processes and document quality checks as required.
Monitor and document all quality control checkpoints including ingredient traceability.
(raw, finished, ingredients, storage and transportation conditions).
Perform autonomous maintenance activities such as preventative maintenance, lubrication, sources of contamination, etc.
Maintain good manufacturing practices, housekeeping standards and safety precautions.
Manage inventory of raw ingredients via SOX required cycle count processes.
Perform duties and responsibilities within the guidelines of plant s programs and initiatives (i.e.: SFTPM).
Ship and receive SFG concentrate totes and raw ingredients.
All other duties as assigned by management.
