A culture driven by our people, over 30,000 strong, serving our clients with customized solutions that will protect them and fuel their futures.Position Summary:The Office Clerk is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Under limited supervision, provides support for one or more functional groups, including performance of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data, laying out and preparing reports, processing and coding documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.* Sets up and prepares statistical reports.Additional Considerations:* Supports data entry, scanning & printing.* Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail.* Answers the phone to take messages or redirects calls to appropriate colleagues.* Supports all departments with clerical duties.* Assists with office supply orders.* Scans documentation & checks for Accounting.* Backfills Administrative Assistant duties.* Continually looks for opportunities to make recommendations to improve process, delivery and overall job and client experience.* Other duties as assigned.Required:* High school diploma or equivalent.* Computer Proficiency.U.S. Eligibility Requirements:* Interested candidates must submit an application and resume/CV online to be considered.* Must be 18 years of age or older.* Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.* Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
