PURPOSE: Welcome on-site visitors. Operate console switchboard to answer incoming calls.

RESPONSIBILITES include but not limited to:

  • Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate person.

  • Monitoring security cameras and alerting Administrator in charge to any concerns needing support and intervention.

  • Greeting all individuals entering the facility. Phoning the person being visited to announce their arrival and inviting the individual to have a seat.

  • For consumers, clients, calling workers to announce their arrival and logging their arrival into the daily client list. Referring clients with co-pays and transportation reimbursement needs to the Administrative reception desk for assistance. Checking for insurance authorization at the time of appointment

  • Maintaining the appearance of reception area:

  • Making sure reception area is neat and orderly at the beginning and end of the day

  • Straightening up toys and materials in the waiting area as needed throughout the day.

  • Anasazi Data Entry and running reports

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma. Light typing skills (35 wpm, minimum). Good communication skills. Ability to take messages and communicate information clearly, bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
