A great hedge fund in Greenwich, CT is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to it's dynamic and growing team. The position is supporting a team of analysts with their everyday administrative and project based needs. The responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include:

  • Answering phones and acting as gatekeeper
  • Handling meeting requests
  • Calendar Management
  • Travel arrangements and corresponding expense reports
  • Preparing spreadsheets and presentations
  • Ad hoc projects, as needed

Administrative Assistant

The requirements for the Administrative Assistant include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-7 years of experience in a corporate setting handling similar responsibilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Administrative experience in the financial services industry preferred, but not required
