Landing that perfect dream job could be right under your nose as a System Support Analyst in our St. Louis office for our IT department. In this position you are responsible for technical support and service through analysis and problem solving to enable installation, maintenance, education, implementation and documentation of a variety of software and hardware technologies. This position is instrumental to providing excellent IT service support to company employees, contractors and members.Our System Support Analyst will:* Resolve Help Desk tickets while accurately prioritizing, escalating and documenting requests by impact to business/user(s) on both Windows and Mac OS based systems.* Provide support for mobile devices (iOS, Android, and other major platforms).* Responsible for managing and maintaining hardware/software inventory and device refresh cycle.* Coordinating user setups, installations and upgrades.* Completing various administrative tasks for the department.* Maintain established documentation, procedures and other knowledge bases.* Each of the responsibilities will be accomplished with authentic service, attention to detail, sense of urgency, responsiveness, follow up, genuine care, and passion.Do our requirements match YOUR background?This position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience. In addition, this position requires excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner while providing outstanding customer service. Must have an ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues, present ideas in user-friendly language, and focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills. Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Application knowledge and support experience with Microsoft Windows, Apple OSX (workstations and iPads), Microsoft Office, Email, Calendaring, and SPAM filtering.
